By accessing or using GRPHIX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors and subscribers.

GRPHIX is a browser-based creative image processing tool that allows users to apply visual effects, filters, and transformations to images. The Service is provided via grphix.com.

Features available to free users include basic tool access with watermarked exports. Subscribers receive watermark-free exports, cloud preset storage, and full access to all effects.

GRPHIX Pro is available for €4.99/month. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Access continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

Accounts are created automatically after a successful subscription payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.

• You must provide a valid email address
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings

You retain full ownership of all images you upload to GRPHIX. We do not claim any rights over your content.

Images are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not store, access, or transmit your images.

The GRPHIX software, interface, and branding are owned by GRPHIX and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

You agree not to use GRPHIX to process or distribute:

• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, or abusive
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or content involving minors

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

GRPHIX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRPHIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time via account settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable EU member state.
